Dana Austin is an award-winning Creative who lives by the mantra Magic Happens.
A successful Executive Creative Producer/Director with a rock-n-roll background, Dana connects the invisible dots and executes dynamic initiatives while remaining fluid in the worlds of production, music, surf, culture, marketing, wellness and philanthropy.
Dana began her career at Sony Music Entertainment Inc. where she toured the world and broke artists in the realm of Jennifer Lopez, Franz Ferdinand, Celine Dion, Incubus and Shakira. Throughout her career Dana has developed visuals for HBO, MTV, Epic Records, Sesame Street, NY Health & Hospitals, The Robin Hood Foundation, The President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition and the National Fitness Foundation.
Dana is a recipient of the prestigious Time Warner Richard D. Parsons Community Impact Award when she was hand-selected by her colleagues from over 100 international nominees for her expertise as a Founding Board Member for HHPH 501c3. She has partnered with WSL, IHT Spirit +, adidas, Omaze, Red Nose Day, PathWater, Seawolf Collective, PortalOne, Coachella, Planet Home and Mighty Under Dogs. She is a member of Save The Waves Coalition.
Dana is a certified yoga instructor trained in ayerveda, aromatherapy and reiki. She weaves sound vibration as a transformative practice into her daily life, for a deeper connection to Self as well as the greater collective.
Based in Los Angeles, Dana is in development and production on Unscripted, Documentary, Animation, MiniSeries and Marketing projects.
In her spare time she can be found catching perfect waves.
